Tula makes quality products, the materials are thicker, padding is generous and overall, you feel right away it's not a cheap carrier. They are spendy, but worth it in my opinion. They have good sales so if you can't pay full price, look for their offers. I'm going to buy a 2nd carrier in a different print. Also, the shipping is quick, which I appreciate.

There is no detail forgotten, from ordering to shipping. The quality is fantastic.

I’m very satisfied with Tula. I was happy to see they use FedEx as their shipping carrier as FedEx is always careful in delivering packages. My package arrived on the estimated delivery date in a cardboard box. Inside was a beautiful smaller cardboard box with the Tula branding.

I switched to this carrier after having the ergobaby embrace and wow, I wish I had just started with this one!! This carrier is so easy to put on and so comfortable for me and baby. I wore him around Disney all day and never had any back or shoulder pain. Also, I’ve gotten tons of compliments on the waffle knit! It’s so so cute.

I didn’t need to contact customer service at all, and my item shipped fairly quickly.
