I had ordered a baby monitor for my grandson. Was told there 3-4 week delay due to non stock. Which was fine as he wasn't due until then. But also he decided to arrive 3 5weeks early. I rang and spoke with Amy who did a thorough look in the warehouse and actually found one that had been a dead lay by and sent it out immediately. It arrived before bub came home from hospital. Really appreciated the extra effort she went through. Thanks again.
