Customer service was great I recieved my bag as a babyshower gift and recieved the smaller one when I wanted the bigger one. They made it very easy for me to return the small bag and order the bigger one.

My child is 2 and this entire time I have refused to buy a diaper bag. I've always felt they are way to expensive and over rated; I'll just use back packs and left over travel bags I have. It is my purse, my diaper bag, my snack holder, my bottle holder, my toy bag. It's comfortable to wear and looks super cute. I absolutely love this bag and wish I had gotten this 2 years ago!!!
