I love this! I've had it for about a month already and have used it multiple times already. When we're out and about, baby doesn't want to be in the stroller. As as someone with sciatica and back pain, carrying my 9 month old around for more than 30 min, it is painful. The carrier is so well worth it. I'll have her facing me sometimes and we'll be playing, my side hip while walking, forward facing when she's curious, or laying down when I'm feeding her. I also ended up purchasing the snug attachment, the pack (on the go diaper bag), and the pod (for extra pacifiers). All of these items have come in handy. Even my husband has seen the positive of these items that even he said "money well spent. "

I wasn’t able to track my package initially, which was a bit of a bummer,m. However, I was really impressed to see that someone from Tushbaby reached out to me via email to address the situation before I said anything. Definitely great customer service there.
