Absolutely fantastic customer service

My back and arms no longer feel strain while carrying my 9 month old, it’s amazing. I love that I can carry him on the side and front and the strap that wraps around me is so comfy and secure, I love that I feel like it’s not going to go anywhere, which makes me feel confident in my baby’s safety too. The seat is super supportive for him and he’s seems very comfortable in it. I get so many questions and compliments while wearing and all I can say are good things about this product. I got the velvet sable color and someone came up to me in the store the other day and was obsessed with the color, she was saying how nice it is to see a carrier in something different then gray, which I totally agree! I love all the compartments and place to put his bottle. I can put my keys and wallet in here with ease and take them out with ease as well. I’m a Tushbaby believer!

I can’t do without the hip carrier anymore. My daughter is 10 months old now and she hates to be tied down with straps or anything that blocks her freedom. She’s adventurous, wants to see everything around her, yet being close to me. She gets easily annoyed when she’s too long in the stroller. The hip carrier provides us to go on little adventures together (either inside the house or outside) while she feels the safety of me, she has all the freedom to move and look around. Besides that it’s super easy and quick to wear, holds everything you need for a small trip and it is extremely comfortable. I don’t have to carry her on my arm anymore, my hips do all the work and that’s a huge relief!
