Great experience! I purchased my nieces first birthday present from the website. Fully expecting that it would be like any other online order. Packed in a box without any fan fair. When it arrived it was in a cute bag and bow. It made me feel better about missing her birthday. Hopefully I can purchase her gift in person next year.

I love this store. Since moving from Los Angeles it’s been hard to find what I want to buy for my children in a store. I love being able to find all of the special items I would normally have to order online in one place. I always appreciate the knowledge the staff has to offer as well. There are so few baby boutiques in South Florida, I’m so glad for this one!

Same day, two experiences! At first, I ran to the promenade store to try the Rava but it was sold and I was not advised. I quickly called the mall and the gentlemen working there assured me that the display was available and I went over and all good! Was able to pick up at the warehouse, as I had no time for shipping...will shop here again! THANK YOU!
