Very slow to ship and sooooooo inconvenient to require signing upon delivery. Some of us have to actually work for a living

I ordered a gift card to be e-mailed to my son and it was a total mess-up! Your customer service person said all I had to do was put in the comments section that I wanted it e-mailed and I did that but he never received it. I wanted him to be able to use it in the store because he lives nearby. We were in the store on Sunday but he was unable to use it - the girl said it was only good online! He then got an email saying the card was available for pick up and what store did he want to go to pick it up. We were very disappointed at this whole process! I just hope he’s able to use this card at some point!

I have been very disappointed about how things have been handled for my baby registry. I requested everything to be shipped to me by Friday Dec 27th and I was sent an email stating that there has been confusion on my baby registry therefore I would need to pick up the items myself at the store. I also was given the wrong price for a stroller that I was very interested in. I was planning on buying a lot of things (stroller, car seat, dresser, crib) at your store but unfortunately, due to my experience, will be looking at other stores as well.
