I received a very nice, personal e-mail from the founder upon ordering two car seats for twin grandchildren. Magic Beans went to lengths to find a matching, second car seat that they were sold out of, for online sales. When they found the car seat at one of their stores, the wrong one was sent. They rectified the situation; sending the correct car seat and with a return label. Their customer service was very accommodating. The company did everything they needed to make it 'right', and i would most certainly order from Magic Beans again.
