Great customer service

To put it simply this company is amazing! They have outstanding customer service, with quality products at a unbeatable price. Not to mention the LED kit came with a pry tool! No company came close to considering the customers need like Xenon vision has. It was my first time buying LED'S for the interior of my 2011 528i & I couldn't be happier with the way it looks compared to the stock bulbs. In the beginning I was a bit disappointed because the 1st LED bulb didn't work, and the second, and the 3rd. I was about to give up but while removing the 3rd one i saw the light flicker on! So I removed the bulb socket and inspected carefully, then I could see that the contact points for the LED wasn't fully aligned with the bulb sockets contact points. So after a little adjustment, boom. It works! if it doesn't work at first closely look at the contact points or try flipping it. Some of the light connections are positive and negative contacts while some connections it didn't matter which way you put it in. Not long after that I was able to replace all my bulbs with my provided pry tool keeping my car interior looking elegant, sexy, and sleek. Compared to the price of other websites, Xenon vision takes the cake! On top of that, while admiring the lights at night I noticed I missed two bulbs after using all of my LED's in the kit. I contacted customer service via email and I got a quick response from Jesse Nguyen and he apologized for the inconvenience and sent me the remaining 2 bulbs i needed at no cost. Incredible! Again I can't say enough about how enjoyable of a experience this was. Thanks again Xenon vision for going above and beyond customer expectations.
