because I had to leave town the day it arrived. During the shipping process an emergency came up. I contacted whitetop to help arrange delivery. The man I spoke with (I wish I could remember his name) was wonderful and did everything he could to help me. I may edit this once I am able to open the package but after seeing how they prioritize customers I am not worried that there will be any issues.

The storage Gen 2 is great quality, as described, shipped the next day, arrived in great condition and on-time. The service and product met my expectations as WTA sets a high bar.
