Shipping was relatively quick. One delay due to FedEx which was out of the control of Voro. The shipping costs I did find a little expensive but it accounts for custom fees. I do wish there was a store in Canada

Service was on point, fast and responsive. Scooter suffered a little marks but nothing to heavy.

from purchase to setup its been a great experience, not to mention also a great experience in purchasing accessories. In addition all of the video for setup, installation of accessories, maintenance and repairs have been very useful.
