Took months for my items to be posted, which was not great. Otherwise happy with the products.

Winch didn’t work after install. Couldn’t get into Ultra Winch so had it checked out and turns out it was faulty. Wasted a lot of time installing and uninstalling. Eventually got onto Ultra Winch and to their credit they had a replacement winch delivered next day no questions asked. All good now. But a star lost for the faulty winch and my time wasted and another for initially slow customer service.

Haven't arrived yet

Contact and discourse could have been better, lack of stock wasn’t anybody’s fault am pleased to say that my order has now arrived. Looking forward to fitting and trail of the 12500lb. All up pleased with the whole transaction . Jim
