Ordered online and had it 3 days later in Queensland all nicely packed, have no issues in recommending this winch.

Great product backed by great service

On-line store was easy to use. Delivery was surprisingly quick. Only issue noticed so far is that the cables have white rub marks in several places on their insulation. Some (but not all) appear to be aligned with rub points with the polystyrene packaging however the marks are not easily removed and the insulation on the cables remains rough and textured in these locations even after some of the white material has been removed with a damp soft cloth.

Well packaged and quick delivery. Yet go install but looks good.
