Recently picked up a new 12k Ultra Winch and had a component missing. Team quickly responded and sent out the component immediately including an Ultra stubbie cooler👍 (although I have not needed to use the winch yet the cooler is very much in use, thanks guys) Although something went wrong in my case the service that backs up the product was exceptional and that means more to me than a business that does not respond or care after the sale. 100% recommend the Ultra Winch product. Easy to install, quality parts and build.

20 metre winch rope and winch ring exactly as described. Appear to be well made and up to scratch. Have not had the opportunity to test them as yet.
