Hard to open, the ball bearings are falling off i dont see it but i hear them rolling around and its annoying

top arrived dented. will not buy here again. DV8 packages their stuff way better

I waited 20 days after being told my order was being processed before reaching out for the status. Immediately after my inquiry I got a conformation that the order would be shipped. Seem the ball was dropped for nearly 3 weeks.

Overall, I love it. Much more secure than factory console. Looks great, too. Three concerns: the openings for the gear shifter and the airbag switch are too big (way too big for the gear shifter, even with the shift boot plate in place). wound up just sealing them up with black flexseal paste which turned out great. Also some of the provided screws/bolts do not fit well. I saved and used some of the factory bolts no problem.

1. Instruction are terrible. Lousy illustrations. Obtuse explanation of steps to install. 2. YouTube video of installation from Extreme Terrain contradict the print instructions. 3. Fit of pieces is not well defined. 4. Fit of entire unit is off and needed “tweaking”. Once installed and adjusted, the unit seems to be sufficient to it’s task.
