Poor Communication and Wasted Money on Expedited Shipping
The leaf spring I ordered arrived but I am not sure if it was worth the extra $24. 99 fee for expedited shipping. I ordered this on a Thursday morning but it didn’t leave the warehouse until sometime Friday (at least that’s what I was told after calling in to check on the status). I called again on Monday to check on the status because all it showed online was “Awaiting Fulfillment”. I’m not sure if they only have 1 person to answer the phone but it took about 10 attempts to get through to a person, with the other attempts being an automated message about helping other customers and they would call me. So all I was told was that it was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday and I had to pry the tracking number from them so I could check and track on my own. It did arrive on Tuesday and I was able to get it installed as scheduled on Wednesday. Poor communication and possibly a waste of money to pay for expedited shipping, but I’m sure it would still be sitting at the warehouse right now if I didn’t pay extra. The lack of communication and updates to the status online were the biggest disappointment.
