Customer service is slow and none informational. Purchase ramps when items came in stock. Received 3 or 4 different ship dates to which I had to reach out after date had already passed. Took over 6 weeks to receive an item after it was "back in stock". Provided straps broke on first use and bent ramp when it kicked out and dropped me rzr on them.

Ramps arrived in 2 separate boxes. 1 arrived damaged. I was told to sent both back. I sent both back and only received 1 ramp in return. I either want my other ramp or a refund to get another brand. I originally ordered these ramps 3 weeks ago.

Hardware are missing instructions could barely read I needs some hardware nuts and bolts please I email your company but no respond !
