The messages stopped going through saying the email isn’t receiving emails, but one guy did sent me label to return the parts but I was going to buy more

I was supposed to get the part a week ago today, at the latest. And then it was supposed to arrive again today. It didn't. The mail carrier has come and gone. The tracking says it shipped, and that's all it says. That's all its ever said. Very disappointing. I could have and should have purchased it from Amazon. If so, it would have been delivered two and a half weeks ago. I thought it would be nice to try something different than Amazon, for a change. My mistake.

Web site was easy but ordered it Monday morning and paid extra for next day. It was not shipped until Tuesday and got it Wednesday.

Weeks to get simple wiper blades. Told it was all USPS issue. Maybe you should consider a different carrier. Also, no offer of credit or refund.
