Super Ford Parts

Parts are what I was looking for. Took a little longer than expected. I’m happy with the product.

Ordered on 18 March. Was told it would be next day delivery. . . distance of 68 miles delivery. Called on 20 March and was told items would be shipped 21st of March. Notified by USPS to expect package March 21st by 9p. m. Nobody knew, to include me, that items shipped from Bellingham to Snohomish, first go to Seattle, then to Everett and then to Snohomish. . . each PO having its own schedule. Oversized box containing the 2 items had no padding whatsoever causing the filter to bang around inside the box. The filter had been previously opened, wrapped in a ripped plastic bag and place in the box. People were pleasant to deal with. Postal estimate was good, and prices were excellent.

Slow to ship, I had to call them to ensure they had received the order and ask when they were going to get it in the mail.

to deliver it inside the same state as super ford, they said it would be 4 days, it was closer to a week & 4 days, they have cheap prices, I needed the part and it took forever,

Took too long to receive the item. If you don't have the item "in stock" you shouldn't offer it or at least tell the potential buyer up front that it may take 2 weeks to receive the item. Not AFTER they made the purchase.
