Took too long to receive

Took too long to receive the item. If you don't have the item "in stock" you shouldn't offer it or at least tell the potential buyer up front that it may take 2 weeks to receive the item. Not AFTER they made the purchase.

Communication unacceptable

Communication has been terrible since I returned my core valve body. Jeremy Moya has not returned my calls or emails in trying to help me order more replacement parts.

The messages stopped going through saying the email isn’t receiving emails, but one guy did sent me label to return the parts but I was going to buy more
