Package arrived as expected. I would use this site again. Regarding the service, some items had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer so they informed me of the delay. Entire order took about 2. 5 weeks to arrive from order date. These items were mostly aesthetic, floor mats, trunk liner, etc. so it wasn't an issue to wait a little longer.
