The most difficult part of this transaction was finding the correct part/part number. The char function was great for this as the rep confirmed the part number that I had was for a factory tinted vehicle, then provided me the part number for the non-factory tinted vehicle. Parts looked exactly the same to me so I purchased the cheaper one. Once the order was placed, I received emails letting me know the status and why it would be delayed a few days (direct order from Subaru as opposed to part in stock), I received emails on shipping, while in transit, and on delivery. Excellent transaction, great assistance.
