Incredible customer service

Recently purchased a 19’ powered awning, but the shipping company (not shadepro) lost a component of the shipment. Spoke with ShadePro’s customer service who quickly and proactively set up a course of action to get me the replacement parts - I was stunned with how thorough and kind they were. It’s rare to find this level of service and I will come back to shadepro again even if I can find a lower price somewhere else.
