Initially I had complications placing the order since several times they told me they could not deliver to my home, so I lost several days without a vehicle, but after a communication It was achieved, the telephone service was excellent and just as they said it arrived very well, the perfect replacement.

Delivery was a little slower than hoped. Communication by customer service was excellent.

i keep getting the wrong part even when i send pictures and get pictures back, the parts still come out wrong

Paid for expedited shipping and they shipped economy. Asked for refund and was given partial repayment but not full to economy shipping cost. I called to discuss and never received a response to voicemail or email sent. Very disappointed

Not a Business if you need a part in a timely matter. Seems to be a third party that searches the system to find parts. Easier to just use the website that will ship it immediately if its in stock. . Josh was no help in the recovery of missing package. I had to file missing mail with USPS myself and they were great, found the issue of shipment and finally got it in 20 + days after ordered. Will not be using them in the future. Lesson learned. . . . . .
