Shipping was easy and straight forward

Very prompt delivery, but unfortunately human error led to the delivery driver dropping the wrong bike off. A quick call to Raleigh support soon rectified the problem and the bike was collected and a new bike was delivered within two days. This was not Raleigh's fault but they soon rectified the situation and were very polite on the phone.

Delivered within a few days of ordering and jobes cycles had it all ready for me to ride home on
