The delivery was great and arrived exactly when I was told it would and with care

I've had my Raleigh Strada Crossbar bike for a few months now, and I’m very happy with it. It meets my expectations and offers great value for money. The after-sales service and the speed of response to requests have been excellent as well. As a casual cyclist, I appreciate that the bike is not too heavy and can be easily pulled out of the shed. I use it twice a week to maintain my fitness level, and it works perfectly in this role. The well-chosen tyres perform well on mixed routes, both on sand and on asphalt. The gears work smoothly, and the brakes function properly. Although I miss detailed instructions on how to properly take care of the bike in the winter, I manage to figure it out. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. Additionally, I appreciate being asked for feedback after some time of use, rather than immediately after purchase.
