First time I used this shop. The shop web site worked OK but had to navigate around all the sections to find the product I wanted, as the search option did not take me to the product options available. The product was listed in "Winter Driving" not "Car Care / Protection" ! A small hassle but the rest was straight forward & the order payment pages were non confusing.
