Not right the first time but they got it fixed

I originally ordered 2 sensors and a grommet from Priority Mazda on a Monday. I received 2/3 of the correct parts from them by Wednesday, 2 days later. I called Thursday and got in contact with them about them and didn't speak to the most pleasant service person ever. He said he couldn't help and would have someone call me back about it. The following Tuesday I hadn't heard back from anyone so I called again and got a considerably more pleasant individual this time. He apologized for the inconvenience and sent me a return shipping for the wrong part and sent me the correct one - both went out the same day. Shipping this time around was a lot slower but that's alright with Covid going on and all. All in all I would order from Priority Mazda again. I didn't enjoy the first guy I spoke with (didn't get a name unfortunately) but one experience that didn't start great got fixed quickly enough and I can be happy with that.

2004 Mazdaspeed

Some parts are hard to locate through the menu unless you already have the exact part number via research from sources outside your website. Very frustrating.

I have ordered from priority

I have ordered from priority mazda in the past and as always, I received great service. I ordered a thermostat and radiator cap and an employee went out of their way to ask if I also needed a thermostat gasket, and took care of updating the order when I said yes. Fast shipping as well. Will definitely order from again.
