I've been very pleased with the customer service. Shipments are on time per replies and I've experienced no problems with my orders.

It arrived on time and was packaged so that it arrived in pristine condition. The directions included were clear and concise. It took a small amount of time to set them up properly, but once installed can be easily adjusted for the desired width while keeping the load centered on the bucket. Recommend, as per the directions, to use a counterweight on the 3-point hitch equal to or greater than the load you expect to lift and to use chains to secure it to the bucket for anything beyond very light loads. I've been pleased with the performance so far.

It arrived on time in pristine condition. It has performed admirably from moving tree limb piles to moving fenceposts and stacking them. It locks solidly to the bucket and is well-engineered.
