Another online BMW parts site canceled my order because they said the parts were not available. Online BMW Shop quickly sent me an email that the parts were available from Germany and would I wait for them to arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. The shipping cost was more than the parts so they didn't make much from my order. I really appreciate their customer service, because they took the time to process my low profit order.
