The customer service you receive from OEM Parts is exceptional. The trust they put in their customers is overwhelmingly refreshing. I received a damaged part in the mail, and they immediately sent a new one with no questions asked. They know how to build loyalty — I won’t go anywhere else.

The part looks fine and appears to fit as expected. . unfortunately, I ordered the wrong side. All part stores and dealerships label based on left and right instead of driver or passenger side. I never know if it’s left or right based on looking from the outside or driving. Frustrating for sure
