OEM Ford Part

The ordering process was great and easy. I was in contact with someone who helped me get the correct parts for a great price. Part of my order was for 2 control arms, and the first one was great, but the second one which arrived 2 days later was shipped with zero packaging. It had a shipping sticker on the control arm itself. There is a ball joint with a large screw protruding from one side of the control arm and this was marred up pretty bad (likely in shipping due to not having a box or packaging or anything protecting it). I was able to make this work, but if anyone from OEM Ford Part reads this, I would definitely work on this in the future since the part I ordered would likely not be considered "new" and could easily be considered damaged after it was shipped like this.
