Ordered a water pump and they notified me that I ordered the wrong one for my vin they corrected it and sent correct water pump and installation was huge success can not beat motorcraft parts

Product was lost by shipper and the seller sent out a new part right away to make it right. They handled it very professionally I was impressed.

My order was processed and shipped the same day. Unfortunately the part was damaged when it arrived. I called the customer service number and the CSR was super helpful and got me a new part shipped as soon as it was in stock. We dont live in a perfect world and sometimes things get damaged in transit; how a company responds to this is what makes the difference. Overall this was a great experience.
