Got what a ordered in a timely fashion

Fast shipping and great communication. Had my wiring harness that could not be found anywhere.

My Driver’s side front door window switches were acting up. I had previously ordered one for my wife’s 2007 Altima off eBay and it was faulty and didn’t work properly. The only solution was to order one from Nissan. I placed my order and verified VIN through website, which I highly recommend, and payed. The order confirmation came quickly and each step after that I was sent an alert. Delivered through USPS I watched it move through the system. Delivery was acceptable. Product was well protected inside the box, inside a plastic bag and wrapped in bubble wrap. Installed it in less than ten minutes and works great. I would highly recommend buying from here online or go to your local Nissan dealer. When I have my next gremlin pop up I will definitely be checking Nissan Wholesale Direct first.

One of the parts I ordered wasn’t available from the manufacturer when i placed the order. Unfortunately, Nissan Wholesale’s computer did not update my order when the part was available. When I found the part availablele at another Seller, I contacted Nissan Wholesale by phone. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and got my order sorted out. The parts were shipped 2 days after the phone call and I received them a few days later. The parts arrived well packed and in good condition. Excellent customer service!
