In case you didn't figure it out, this is actually a GM dealership. GM dealerships among all dealerships have THE WORST customer service of all in my opinion. BUT, not these folks. I made the best selection for the parts I needed and they were kind enough to not only request the VIN so they could insure the correct parts would be ordered . . . but they alerted me that I had made an incorrect selection. Then the made the correct selection for me and shipped the parts to me. I received them faster than they projected. This is a classic case of under promise and over deliver. OUTSTANDING customer service.
