2 Units not working (controllers)
Installation of first controller yielded a green and after following instructions, not functioning, a replacement controller was sent by LEDGLOW and it does not work. After talking to Anthony and getting assured that after returning the unit it would be tested then replaced in about 8 to 10 working days, the issue would be resolved. I awaited a return envelope per Anthony and it never came. My customer is very unhappy and I am dealing with the consequences of trying out an LED supplier that has no follow thru. I'll repost this issue any where I can on the internet to warn others.
