I bought a 14 piece million color bluetooth operated motorcycle kit. It had an issue with one of the leads off the control box right out of the packaging, which is extremely irritating considering the cost of the kit. I contacted them and explained the problem, they told me to send it to them and they would make it right. That's exactly what they did. Within a few days I had a brand new control box in my hands. Considering with a lot of companies you can't even get a human being on the phone, you can forget help with an issue. I applaud LEDGlow for their customer service. You guys nailed it. I would definitely buy from them again. The kit looks amazing on my bike, I get compliments everywhere I go. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it did have an issue straight out of the packaging, so I would recommend testing the kit before installing as does LEDGlow.
