Great personal customer care - they went out of their way to get me my Hepco & Becker brackets from Germany in time for my tour.

Part was back ordered, said 2-4 weeks delivery, had it in 4. Wasn’t an issue as it was winter. A GO TO for cycle stuff. 🤙

Have not dealt with customer service but so far so good. They work great with heated grips.
