Never got the parts

I havvemt received my part yet!

I ordered a few basic parts. I've been waiting for 13 days and still haven't got my parts yet. They change 3X the going rate for shipping and you don't receive your order for over 2 weeks. You will save money on the parts over the dealer,but you'll be able to finish your work if you buy at the dealer or somewhere else. I'm still holding up a new engine install. I may never order from them again. Definitely not if I'm in hurry.

I ordered a replacement for the drivers side car seat panel in my 2012 Jeep Liberty. It was the seatbelt anchor cover and seat adjuster shield. What I received does not go with my car at all and it is the wrong color. If the picture was gray then I figured I’d get gray. Honestly, I feel like the picture must have been wrong on the site or something. I haven’t called to complain, I’m very busy with work. I’m out $80 bucks. I’m not one to complain but they have asked me twice this week to give a review. I’m just being honest when I say that they didn’t get anything right with my order and it took a couple weeks to arrive.

I haven't received my product. Tracking said it would be here three days ago
