Mopar Parts

I ordered 2 parts for my 2011 Laredo. Reverse light assemblies. Spoke with Jose gave parts numbers. I wanted to be sure they were the correct parts. Jose reviewed with his co-worker and assured me these were the right parts. When I received the parts they were the wrong ones. I received brake lights assembly not reverse light assembly. I asked Jose to provide the RTS label to return the parts and he said no because I provided the part numbers. But still he checked and double checked assuring me they were the right ones. I feel that mopar should be paying for the return.

My experience was very very unpleasant not only did you quote me one quote for the parts and I say parts plural and it come to $86.93 something with tax when I approved my debit my bank showed that I paid almost $200 when I went back and looked at a receipt that y'all had sent me a day later it said the shipping was $86 or 80 some odd dollars okay that's just the tip of the iceberg not only was I just displeased with the pricing of shipping I was also displeased because when my part's arrived because not only was it the wrong part I didn't even receive the other part I ordered a steel brake line for a 2013 ram and I wasn't sure if it was the suction hose or the discharge hose so I went and looked on the sites pictures of it well the picture of the discharge hose was under the suction hose and the suction hose under the discharge hose so it had me order the wrong hose I don't see why you even asked for my VIN number so you can get the right part because the suction hose wasnt even the hose that went to my truck. I still haven't heard nothing from support I sent them an email very displeased I still haven't received the still brake line I'm sitting here confused as hell I mean like I said in my Google review, what the hell happened to dodge, they were inventor of the hot rod the scat pack the hemi the hellcat looks to me like they're just a piece of shat! you know it should have been a big red flag when I was just sitting in my truck in the driveway no key in it just sitting in it and it sound like a damn shotgun went off and I had no clue of what happened the next day me and my family get in the truck to leave and none of the fucking seat belts work they're all ratcheted back stuck. I'm like what the hell. You know for now I'm very very very disgusted with everything my whole experience was just painful as hell it seems I might do an update review to let everyone know if they fix the problem but if I'm having problems like this right off the bat with them I can guarantee you it probably ain't I'm not going to be very satisfied with anything that they can do for me if I could go somewhere else and get my OEM parts I would I'd advise you if you could go to a junkyard and get your parts or buy aftermarket that's decent I would do it because you'll just be sitting on your hands wishing you could drive you vehicle but you can't cuz a seatbelt's not work b is too God damn hot and you ain't got the air conditioner line or see the motherfucking brake line just fucking falls apart and they won't even send it to you and if they do send it to you you get you damn tools all ready for some damn mechanic work and they don't even send you the right goddamn parts it's a good thing I'm not a business I would be out of business that's my story and I'm sticking to it

Worst ever definately find another vendor.... customer service HORRIBLE only want money customers be damned

I paid enough money for priority shipping but Mopar designated that amount for standard shipping. At this time of year-standard shipping is practically caught in a loop between Washington and Seattle. My part is 2 weeks in the process and still in Washington. Quit trying to make the money off shipping too and make your money off the part.

Parts were missing from my order. I sent an email asking how to proceed got no response. Please help!
