They doubled checked the parts with my vin number to make sure I received the right parts will definitely be ordering from them next time I need something.

Just put the OEM EGR valve in and so far so good! The original EGR valve in my bought new 2010 3.5L Dodge Charger lasted 9 years. The last two O’Reilly EGR valves lasted around a year or so. As far as purchasing the valve the Website was good and valve took about a week to get to my home under standard shipping.

Part came pretty fast. It was just as described. The quality seems to be very good. This site is the only place I was able to find the part on. The price on the part was a little higher then I would have liked to pay but nobody else seems to have them. The shipping was a little bit more expensive then it should of been. The shipping should have been about half of what it was.

Ordering was easy. A gentleman emailed and called me to make sure I was ordering the right parts. That made me feel like you all really care about your customers. Thank you.

Was contacted by knowledgable service person and advised that part I selected was not correct part for the VIN I entered. Provided the right part and shipped it immediately.
