Fast shipping! Got it before shipping date!

Overall experience was great. Shipping was a little slow but my order was done around the holidays. I don't fault the company due to slow mail, COVID staffing, etc. Box arrived with a huge hole in it and missing a few parts. Again, not company's fault. I had to return one item in the order and I talked through a resolution with Jose. He ended up going above and beyond what what we talked about to make sure I was satisfied. I'd definitely order from here again.

The part arrived in sealed original packing and a little before the stated delivery date.

Everything turned out good in the end! The parts came on time but USPS destroyed the box and one of my parts must have fallen out! I called and explained what happened and another part was quickly sent out! Great customer service!!!

Quick and easy like it should be. Just wish my local dealership would be.
