Fast reliable parts that fit as expected. I shopped in the past on other after market parts websites for my Jeep. Too often to find the parts where lesser quality or just outright did not fit as expected. No issues with the parts procured from here. Parts arrived in the expected time and arrived undamaged or blemished.

The website needs to be updated with correct part numbers especially when you type in the VIN for verification. The selection is tremendous and shows a variety of cars that said part fits, can be overwhelming if you don't understand how to navigate the website which is the situation that I found myself in. I really do appreciate that an actual parts associate "Jose in online sales" based in Arizona I think, called me after I made my purchase online, to notify me that the part that I paid $172.00 for was the incorrect part for the car and that the correct item was actually $59.00. Jose saved me over 50% and a even bigger headache for myself and my customer that wouldve had to wait over a month if that wrong part had arrived, which would've had to be shipped back. The package arrived on time 2 weeks like promised, in very good condition and no visible damage, and with all original OEM stickers attached to the part. Excellent service Jose.
