No problems at all. The other store was playing me and they told that they had to cancel because they could not guarantee undamaged parts (do not sell online with shipping if you cannot! - Mazda Parts Factor can do this apparently!). Parts came undamaged even though one box was not sealed at all and slightly damaged and other was sealed with scotch tape instead of professional packing tape, but that is okay. Nothing was missing and there was no dents or bends. If long box could be sealed with proper tape it would be enough. Nobody can prevent box being damaged or thorn in some place. . . especially on large boxes shipped via UPS.

I needed the part and was pressed for time, the staff was in constant touch with me making sure the part was shipped.
