Oh, nice, a nice easy simple email to leave a review, I wassnt going to say anything but if it’s going to be made so easy why not. Takes forever for them to ship a simple oil filter partially because they want a vin number confirmation to make sure you’re getting the right part. Okay, that’s not bad on itself, good on them. If only there was a process while ordering to include your vin so a weeks extra delay on top of the substantial delay could be avoided…. OH WAIT! They actually have that but don’t use it. Instead they wait 4 days to send an email “hey we need your vin to confirm, because you’re stupid and no way you got it right” and then to finally ship 4 days later. Good process guys 🫡 lol double nice, the email that allows you to type and submit a review doesn’t actually submit a review but takes you to another place to type it all again. LMFAO. What a bunch of hacks.

You sent wrong part and when I emailed you 3 times all you did was email back shipping confirm. Awful service. Terrible experience. Zero customer service.

You sent me a wiper blade too long (24 inch) for the job when a 13 inch blade was required. Your site recommended a wiper arm cap, so I ordered one, but the wiper arm assembly came with a cap.
