I ordered it. It got here. That’s it!

The website was easy to use with the parts diagram providing quick links to the part I needed considering it wasn't exactly obvious what the part name was. The order was quickly filled and the product was as described and arrived quickly. This is where I'll come back to if I ever need another part for my car.

Roof racks for Palisade worked fine. Shipping was pricey so it wasn't much cheaper than going to dealer in the end. But they arrived quickly. Wish I could sell the front one since I only needed to replace rear one that got damaged in the car wash.

I'm still waiting on my order but that is expected. The overall selection and ease of ordering was perfect!

Reasonable prices and fast shipping--What's not to like?
