It took a long time to get responses about anything. I placed an order for something and then 2 weeks later after a lot of confusion, they cancelled my order. I got my money back so that's ok but it was a big headache and a lot of wasted time.

The website was fine, the product is great, however there is a humming noise when I hit wide open throttle that the manufacturer has not responded to my inquiries on,.

Called customer service to ensure the product I was inquiring about was made in the USA. Assured it was and based on that placed an order. Item arrived stamped made in China.

Don't order for theses guys if you want good customer service!

Lacking in updating customers on shipping info. Specifically concerning weather issues. I had to wait, not one, not two, but 3 weeks with no updates. And when I called, and sent emails, the response was one of no urgency, or none at all. I will never buy from your company again.
