Called to ask few questions before ordering bearings, guy was very polite and helpful! Order was shipped in pretty decent time(WI-MN). I just wish they had stickers!

Overall, I am pleased with the product, however, I have two complaints. The tracking number never worked on this order. I had to send an email to find out when it would be delivered. I had this sent to my parents' house since it was a gift. When the shipment arrived, you could tell the box had been handled roughly. One of the pipes inside was dented on the end. I offered to send it back to my husband but he said no, he would straighten it. Other than that, he is happy so that makes me happy.

My order came a few days later than expected, however I received updated ever step of the way. My package arrived according to delivery instructions and completely undamaged. No as far as the product itself, after installing this MPRP 4 inch exhaust in my LLY Duramax...I'll never go back. Thumbs up to HPD and MBRP👍

The parts arrive in a timely manner in excellent condition. The manufactur could included mounting brackets for the front sway bar
