Product arrived nicely packaged, and was installed with no issues aside from no manual paperwork but they did have a YouTube video on the website to help guide me. Will be a returning customer.

See my review for the T15 bulb. HR sorts through all the crappy Chinese low price junk out there and provides only the stuff you really want. I have wasted dozens of hours of my life buying crap lightbulbs for $30 on Amazon that are not as advertised, poor quality, and eventually fail or blink. I’d rather pay $200 for the same size lightbulb and know that will make me smile for a decade. After ordering wrong size bulbs a couple of times, I am super impressed with HR‘s service even when it’s my fault. I’ve become a fan and will only shop for vehicle lighting accessories at HR now
