The service was great. Nicole was very professional, as well as pleasant. The problem was the Control Module was not programed. No notation was entered in the description of the BCM in your data base, these units require programing. This led to re-ordering another BCM,. My mechanic has the ability to program these units, but the charge was more than another NOS unit. New unit in car but, battery has constant drain, cold weather not allowing me to continue to trouble shoot. Thanks for having the BCM I required, and many thanks to Nicole.
