Great prices but longer than normal wait time for parts to arrive. That's okay if you aren't in a hurry.

I had a hard time identifying a missing piece from the floor of my Pacifica. The dealer did not know the name of the part. I browsed Factory Mopar Direct's website and they had a diagram showing the interior of my car. From that I was able to determine the part. I provided my vin number to verify that it would fit. Part arrived quickly. Will definitely order parts from here again.

The parts department always goes above and beyond and make sure that the correct part is sent out and is exactly what I need
